Items are shipped out within 7 -10 days after ordering

Return & Exchange Policy

 It is Lady C’s desire that you are 100% satisfied. However, there are NO CASH OR CREDIT REFUNDS.

 

**If You are unsure about how an item may FIT, the COLOR, or your MEASUREMENTS please don't hesitate to email me at ladycwear@yahoo.com. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.**

 

Damages

•In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged item, you must send an email within 2 days of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately.

• You have 5 days from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence of damage.

•You will receive a confirmation email of approval to send back so that we can correct or refund any damaged item due to our error.

•Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and cannot have the smell of cigarette smoke, odors, or perfumes.

•Lady C is not held responsible for any damage to item(s) not due to our error.
